Power Dance and Standing Abs with Cristina

THURS. | 9:30AM - 10:20AM

This class is designed to improve physicality and get a good workout in a non-threatening dance environment. Class begins with a warm-up and stretch followed by dance combos which incorporate standing abdominal exercises, too. 

Silver Sneakers Classic with Patti

THURS. | 10:30AM– 11:20AM

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is available needed for seated or standing support.

Chair Yoga with Jessica

THURS. | 1:00PM – 1:50PM

Through a variety of yoga exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is available needed for seated or standing support.

Pop Fitness with Jena

THURS. | 5:30PM - 6:20PM

Pop Fitness is a dance fitness class that incorporates popular music and moves, often with a focus on high-energy routines and calorie burning.

Circle Mobility with Jena

THURS. | 6:30PM - 7:20PM

Circle Mobility is a fitness program focused on improving flexibility, breathwork, and overall mobility. It combines elements of functional movement, yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi, aiming to help individuals move better and longer.
