Power Dance w/Standing Abs with Cristina
THURS. | 9:30AM - 10:20AM
This class is designed to improve physicality and get a good workout in a non-threatening dance environment. Class begins with a warm-up and stretch followed by dance combos which incorporate standing abdominal exercises, too.
Senior Fit with Patti
THURS. | 10:30AM– 11:20AM
This class is focused on strengthening major muscle groups while being mindful of joint health. Attention to balance and coordination supplement this workout designed for longer independent living.
Chair Yoga with Jessica
THURS. | 1:00PM – 1:50PM
Through a variety of yoga exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available needed for seated or standing support.
Pop Fitness with Jena

Pop Fitness is a high-energy workout set to today’s hottest hits! This fun, upbeat class blends dance-inspired cardio and strength moves for a total-body burn that feels more like a party than a workout.
Sculpt & Stretch with Shaun
THURS. | 6:30PM - 7:20PM
A class for all fitness levels that blends low-impact, circuit-style strength training with deep, intentional recovery. Using light weights, bands, or bodyweight, it builds muscle tone and functional strength, followed by mobility-focused stretching to improve flexibility, balance, and posture.
