Vinyasa Yoga with Jessica

The Vinyasa Yoga class is appropriate and welcoming for all levels. The class starts with breathing exercise, moves on to sun salutations, strengthening standing poses, balance exercises, stretches on the mat, and finishes with a relaxing meditation moment.
