An energetic, upbeat aerobics class that combines cardiovascular training & toning exercises, for a superior total body workout. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

Toning and Zumba Gold with Mickey

MON. | 11:30AM – 12:20PM

This Zumba workout is modified and is paced to suit the needs of seniors and/or beginning Zumba students.  You will also learn how to use light weights to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.

Total Body Fuerte with Marilyn

Total Body Fuerte is a full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and power. This class combines strength training, dynamic movements and great music to help you feel stronger, energized, and unstoppable.
