Sculpt & Stretch with Mickey

An energetic, upbeat aerobics class that combines cardiovascular training & toning exercises, for a superior total body workout. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
Toning and Zumba Gold with Mickey
MON. | 11:30AM – 12:20PM
This Zumba workout is modified and is paced to suit the needs of seniors and/or beginning Zumba students. You will also learn how to use light weights to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
Zumba Experience with Marilyn
MON. | 5:30PM – 6:20PM
A vibrant, cardio-centered environment, highly infused with Latin music, composed of Zumba format variations is what you will experience in this class. Each week will be different from the previous, however just as fun!
STRONG Nation & CIRCL Mobility with Ric
MON. | 6:30PM - 07:20PM
This class combines muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric moves with restoring range of motion, flexibility, and mobility exercises. You will enjoy meeting your fitness goals with coupling strength and joint health.
