STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Unlike all other workouts, we don't just create moves to a playlist. Instead, we craft and reverse engineer the songs to match every move, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result is a group fitness experience unlike any other. 

Zumba Gold with Anne

WED. | 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

This Zumba workout is modified and is paced to suit the needs of seniors and/or beginning Zumba students.  You will enjoy Latin music while working out, making it a fun-filled workout session.

Yoga with Karen

WED. | 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

An ancient series of breathing techniques and postures for developing flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction.

Senior Fit with Heidi

WED. | 11:30 AM – 12:30AM

This class is designed to improve mobility, balance, coordination and range of joint motion while building endurance and strength.  This class is for the older adult or beginner who wants to have fun while improving their physical health.  Hand-held weights, resistance bands and workout balls may be used.

Zumba Toning with Tamra

Wed. | 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

A 55 minute class that blends the body-sculpting techniques & Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training workout session.  You will learn how to use light weights to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.

Pilates with Michelle

WED. | 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

A workout session that will focus on developing strength through the core of the body (back, abdomen, and hips) to improve flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, lower back health, and body-mind awareness.
