A full body strength-training workout using a complete arsenal of equipment. Tools such as stability balls, resistance bands, dumbbells and barbells make frequent appearances. Work the entire body with emphasis on core strength, balance, and stability.

An ancient series of breathing techniques and postures for developing flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction.

Toning & Zumba Gold

This Zumba workout is modified and is paced to suit the needs of seniors and/or beginning Zumba students.  You will also learn how to use light weights to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
