A class that includes a wide variety of interval training, including running, weight training, abdominal exercises, body weight exercises, and other explosive routines.


Power Sculpting with Anne

MON. | 8:30AM- 9:30AM

A full body strength-training workout using a complete arsenal of equipment.  Tools such as stability balls, resistance bands, dumbbells and barbells make frequent appearances.  Work the entire body with emphasis on core strength, balance and stability.

 


Zumba With Anne

Mon. | 9:30am – 10:30am

A fun-filled exciting workout that combines Latin dancing with cardio and interval training for a full-body, rhythmic workout.


Sculpt and Stretch with Mickey

MON. | 10:30AM – 11:30AM

This class offers a variety of exercises using various weights and resistance equipment designed to target and tone your abs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, legs and glutes. Stretching is emphasized, to increase range of motion and help you achieve a long, lean, toned look. Great class for all fitness levels.


Senior Fit with Heidi

Mon. | 11:30 AM – 12:30AM

This class is designed to improve mobility, balance, coordination and range of joint motion while building endurance and strength.  This class is for the older adult or beginner who wants to have fun while improving their physical health.  Hand-held weights, resistance bands and workout balls may be used.


Total Body Toning with Joan

Mon. | 5:30PM – 6:30PM

A whole body conditioning class to tone and tighten all of your major muscle groups using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, bands/tubes, balls, & even your own body as resistance. Exercises will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels

Pilates with Michelle

A workout session that will focus on developing strength through the core of the body (back, abdomen, and hips) to improve flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, lower back health, and body-mind awareness.
