You will optimize your workout in this class that combines intervals of full body strength training and easy to follow cardio moves. Good for all fitness levels.
Power Dance with Christina
Thurs. | 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
This class is designed to improve physicality and get a good workout in a non-threatening dance environment. Class begins with a warm-up and stretch followed by dance combos which incorporate standing abdominal exercises, too.
Silver Sneakers Classic with Patti
THURS. | 10:30 AM– 11:30 AM
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available needed for seated or standing support.
Sculpting with Anne
THURS. | 5:30PM – 6:30PM
A full body strength-training workout using a complete arsenal of equipment. Tools such as stability balls, resistance bands, dumbbells and barbells make frequent appearances. Work the entire body with emphasis on core strength, balance, and stability.
Zumba with Brenda
Thurs. | 6:30PM– 7:30PM
A fun-filled exciting workout that combines Latin dancing with cardio and interval training for a full-body, rhythmic workout.Cardio Kickboxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics done rhythmically to music, offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout.
