Senior Fit with Joan

This class is designed to improve mobility, balance, coordination and range of joint motion while building endurance and strength. This class is for the older adult or beginner who wants to have fun while improving their physical health. The chair is used for seated exercises as well as for support during standing exercise.  Hand-held weights, resistance bands and workout balls may be used.
